Mix:
- 3 c flour
- 1/4 t instant yeast
- 1 and 1/2 t salt
- in a bowl. Mix in:
- 1/3 c olive oil
- 1 and 1/3 c water boiled with rosemary
Let rise around 18 hours. Then mold the dough into a ball and cover it. Let rise for 2 hours and bake at 450 for 30 minutes. Remove the lid and bake covered until browned.
Quinua No-Knead Bread
- 1 c whole wheat, 2 c white flour
- 1/4 t yeast
- 1 and 1/2 t salt
- 1 and 2/3 c water (maybe less)
- 1/4 c quinua (more if sprouted)
Same procedure as in the above recipe.
