- Rehydrate morels in 1c chicken broth (better than bullion). Save the broth.
- Saute garlic and leeks in butter in the pan, then place garlic and leeks in a bowl.
- Saute morels in butter in the pan, then place morels in the same bowl.
- Make a rue in the pan. Add herbs:
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Add it all back in and toss with pasta and chives.
- Layer parmesan on top and broil until cheese is melted.
