Adapted from https://theviewfromgreatisland.com/chive-and-parsley-pesto-recipe/. We thought this was delicious, but also consider the following recipe a starting point.
- 2 c packed chives
- 1 c packed parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 handful toasted walnuts (10 minutes at 350)
- 1 oz parmesan
- juice of 1 lemon (2-3 Tbsp)
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 c oil
Add all ingredients except oil to the food processor. Mix well. Slowly drizzle oil while machine is on.
