Mix:
- 3/2 c sourdough starter
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
until moist. Knead gently 10-15 times. Form into a flat cake (1/2” to 3/4” thick). Place in greased skillet. Grease the top. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Fry in butter over low heat until browned. Flip and brown the other side for 10 minutes more.
