Pasta with Creamy Morel Sauce

  1. Rehydrate morels in 1c chicken broth (better than bullion). Save the broth.
  2. Saute garlic and leeks in butter in the pan, then place garlic and leeks in a bowl.
  3. Saute morels in butter in the pan, then place morels in the same bowl.
  4. Make a rue in the pan. Add herbs:
    • Thyme
    • Rosemary
  5. Add it all back in and toss with pasta and chives.
  6. Layer parmesan on top and broil until cheese is melted.
