Cranberry-Orange Bread

Sift together:

To the juice (about 2 1/2 T) and (some) rind of 3 oranges, add 6 T salad oil and enough boiling water to make 2 1/4 c.

Add 3 beaten eggs along with the liquid to the dry ingredients. Add 3 c of halved frozen (or dried) cranberries. Mix and pour into greased loaf pans. Bake for about 60 minutes at 325 F. Store 24 hours before cutting. It also freezes well.
